To celebrate the Millennium a special walk was created around the parish.

Walks In the Parish

The booklet of Walks in the Parish, long out of print, is now available to download.

It is worthy of note that this booklet not only provides details of excellent walks but also provides many details of Oxsprings rich historical past, remains of which can often be viewed along the route of each of the walks.
Note that this guide was orginaly published in an A5 booklet format and that the file is large at 9 MB.

Queens Jubilee Walks Booklet

 The Queen's Jubilee Walk has been created by the Parish Council to encourage
residents to participate in the Parish's celebrations for the Queen's Golden Jubilee,
and has been designed with families and regular walkers in mind.
Unfortunately, the walk is not suitable for either wheelchair users or pushchairs as we
have tried, wherever possible, to follow the Oxspring boundary which is obviously
over farm fields and way-marked footpaths.
